All India Law Entrance Test (AIELT) 2018
All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) will be conducted on May 6, 2018 by National Law University Delhi (NLU-D) for admission to BA LLB. It is a five year integrated and candidates appearing for the examination seek admission to as many as 81 seats.
AILET 2018 Admission Process
Based on AILET 2018 the law aspirants will get admitted to BA LLB courses in NLU Delhi. You will get an All India Rank (AIR) according to your performance in the entrance test. After the declaration of Merit List of AILET 2018, NLU-D conducts an offline counselling for admitting the qualifying candidates.
AILET 2018 Eligibility
Candidates must complete their higher secondary education in terms of taking up AILET examination
Candidates of final year education or awaiting for the results will also be allowed to take up this test
AILET 2018 Application Form and Procedure
The application form of AILET 2018 will be available from the first week of January. Application can be done both online and offline. One needs to pay an application fee of Rs 3000.
AILET 2018 Admit Card
You can download AILET admit card from the website from the third week of April.
by providing your Application Number and Date of Birth. AILET 2018 Admit Card will be the hall ticket for the admission test of NLU Delhi. The Admit Card of NLU Delhi will give you information regarding the exam venue, timings and papers of the law entrance exam.
AILET 2018 Test Centres
The test centres of AILET 2018 will be declared by NLU Delhi in December. AILET 2018 shall be conducted in various cities across India. Last year, AILET was conducted in as many as 19 cities across India.
AILET 2018 Syllabus
AILET 2018 will be comprising questions covering various sections including English, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, Reasoning and Elementary Mathematics.
AILET 2018 Result
The result of AILET 2016 will be declared in the second week of June.
AILET 2018 Merit List
National Law University Delhi will also be issuing a merit list of AILET 2018 along with the results. You will be able to download AILET 2018 Rank List in pdf format.
AILET 2018 Counselling and Procedure
NLU-D will be conducting the counselling process for admissions to the undergraduate law programmes for the academic session 2018-23. AILET 2018 Counselling will be scheduled from the first week of June. As per the counselling process of AILET 2018, the candidates who will be qualifying as per the merit list will need to remit an admission fee within the stipulated time, failing which their admission shall stand rejected. AILET 2018 Seats and Reservation
NLU Delhi offers as many as 81 seats for the five-year integrated law programme. The reservation of the seats are as follows:
- Scheduled Castes – 15% of 70 seats
- Scheduled Tribes – 7.5% of 70 seats
- Persons with Disability – 3% of 70 seats
